Your planning of the dinner and the decorations helped us make the event succeed.  I could not believe how you and your staff transformed a very ordinary hall into a sea of red, white and blue.  The menu that you planned was terrific.  Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the banquet of 4 kinds of ribs, chicken and haddock.  The food was absolutely delicious.  Our guests that evening had nothing but compliments for the table settings and centerpieces of roses.  No catering business in the area can compare to you and your staff.   You are super people with whom to work.
